One of my favorite all time brunch items. It’s not only super delicious, but presented beautifully. Best part, it’s easy to make !! I always use @naturalandkoshercheese for my shredded cheese.
Recipe yields about 15 rolls

Ingredients:
•1 cup crumbled feta cheese
•1 cup cottage cheese
•1 cup sour cream
•1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or any yellow cheese
•1/2 cup ricotta cheese
•1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
•2 large eggs
•extra sliced cheese of your choice to add on top before rolling.
•thawed filo dough
•olive oil, avocado oil, or butter for spraying
Sugar syrup:
•1 cup sugar
•1 cup water
Alternate topping:
May skip the sugar syrup if you prefer to and top with brushed egg wash and sesame seeds.
