Don't know the difference between the LCO vs LOC method? Hint: it's based on your natural hair porosity. Here's the difference and which one you should use for your natural hair porosity! #naturalhair #longnaturalhair #porosity #naturalhaircare
After knowing your hair type, hair porosity is the most important factor to consider when creating an effective regimen. I have seen serious gains in my overall 4C natural hair growth and length retention in the last year. And I attribute a lot of that to knowing my hair porosity.
Starting a set of locs with fine hair can be scary— Is it too scalpy? Will it grow? Are my locs going to break?— While these are all valid questions (and should be addressed during the consultation) think about the freedom you’ll gain + the growth! Remember the journey to locs, with a knowledgeable Loctician, is about FAITH, TRUST & PATIENCE! 🌱 Also, I shared more tips for starting locs with fine hair on the blog (link in the bio)! #Regram via @curlynugrowth
