You guys…..this is the ONE☝️ If you try any recipe of mine, let it be these Blueberry French Toast Bagels!! And preferably for a Sunday morning brunch—perfection 😌

Recipe
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 & 1/2 cups of bread flour (or all purpose), 3 tbsp of maple sugar (you can substitute this with any granulated sugar), 1 tsp of instant yeast, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Mix in 1/2 cups of fresh blueberries.
- Mix in 1/4 cup of water and knead until a dough forms.
- Cover this and let it rise somewhere warm for about an hour or so, or until the dough doubles in size.
