So this is what I call my "Before Basic Training" workout. I do it 5-6 X's a week for best results so I'm not out of shape when I get to BCT. You can add more things to this workout if you please.  Always stretch before and after workout. Drink lots of water. I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day. Best of luck!!! Your MTIs are going to "give you the business" as one instructor put it. They're going to yell at you early and often. I remember when I was going through basic myself I got yelled at at least once a day. It's their job to give you corrections, whether that's in the mechanics of drill or in your attitude. Don't take it personally.
