Great workout BUT it may be more advanced than beginner. As in? Don't try this with a heavy weight/plate when (i.e) doing a wall squat/hold/sit, UNTIL you know what your limitations are. Regarding lower back, glute & knee strength. And though the point is to "strengthen"? Don't cause yourself unnecessary injury "until" you see & feel what your capabilities of strength are. Until then? I'd start with body weight. Or IF with weight? Start off on lower end & work your way up☝💪👍✌
