Erin Kenney on Instagram: "Lie down on your back or sit in a comfortable position. I like to lay down to fully let my belly relax  Use a gentle tough. It looks like I’m pressing hard here but that’s because the video is sped up.  Begin in the lower right quadrant and use gentle pressure to massage in a clockwise direction. This follows the natural movement of the colon.  Continue the circular motion, gradually working your way up toward the ribcage and then across to the left side.  Repeat the massage in each quadrant for about 2-3 minutes.  While massaging, focus on slow, deep breaths. This can help relax your body and aid in the massage’s effectiveness.  After the massage, drink a glass of water. Staying hydrated is important for proper digestion and bowel movements.
