No matter which branch of the military you want to enter, every recruit has to pass a basic fitness test. While you might be feeling confident, it’s important to know that the days of being able to perform a few push-ups, pull-ups, and a mile run to get into the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine

So this is what I call my "Before Basic Training" workout. I do it 5-6 X's a week for best results so I'm not out of shape when I get to BCT. You can add more things to this workout if you please.  Always stretch before and after workout. Drink lots of water. I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day. Best of luck!!!
