No junk food challenge: 21 days. I think I'm going to try this, except for the peanut butter. Being a picky vegetarian, I get most of my protein from that. All natural, pure peanut butter isn't bad for you in moderation.

Tomorrow is the first day of Lent, and I am going to start the "No Junk Food Challenge". Basically, no processed food. Eat real food...lean meats, fruits, vegetables. 21 Days. I hope to go longer.
