I have been asked many times for recommendations of sensory products and tools that aid in regulating a child with unmet sensory needs. 

Although there are many, there’s also a ton of low to NO COST sensory activities that help relax the nervous system. That way, you may not have to worry about forgetting too many sensory tools when you’re out and about!

All the activities demonstrated in this reel work on our deep pressure sense or proprioceptive sense which helps provide a calming effect to the body. Activities that facilitate pressure to the joints are also referred as heavy work activities.
