It turned out to be the perfect day (Sunday, 12/9/2012) for the Annual Rutherford County Christmas Parade. The heavy rain cells had passed by lunchtime, and it was partly cloudy with temps in the mid 60s by the time the first unit started to move down East Main Street at 2:00 o'clock.
