Cheesy Marina Shells with Ground Beef 1 lb. ground beef 8 oz. cream cheese 1 jar marinara sauce (1 lb. 7 oz.) 1 box shells pasta (I use small shells) Garlic salt Put water on to boil. Season, a few shakes will do, and brown ground beef. Drain and add cream cheese. Put pasta in water. Once the cream cheese is melted, add the jar of sauce and simmer on low while pasta finishes boiling. Drain pasta and combine with meat sauce in pot.
