- 1 Banana, ripe frozen
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla greek yogurt
This is yummy & loaded w protein. I used vanilla almond milk & Aria~Women’s Wellness Protein that I buy @ Trader Joe’s. (It’s whey-free.) It has no added sugar & is vanilla flavored. It comes in at 15g protein, so a little less than the photo image says.
