Creamy Salmon Dip
Creamy Salmon Dip | Classic salmon dip boasts one of our favorite sources of Omega-3 fats—but globs of mayo don’t make this easy appetizer the healthiest option. Our mayo-free version is just as satisfying and indulgent, thanks to Greek yogurt and Neufchâtel cream cheese, which contains 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese. On its own, smoked salmon is sky-high in sodium and can be a bit overpowering—so we scaled it back by using mostly fresh salmon.
Old Bay Hot Crab Dip: 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1 cup mayo, 2 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning, 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1 lb lump crabmeat, 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese...Mix cream cheese, mayo, Old Bay & ground mustard in medium bowl until well blended. Add crabmeat; toss gently. Spread in shallow 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and additional Old Bay Seasoning, if desired. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers or sliced French bread.
