Low Carb Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
2hr · 2 servings Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream This cottage cheese ice cream recipe is everywhere so had to try it with my own spin. Add a cup of cottage cheese, ½ cup of low sugar peanut butter, 2 servings of your favorite chocolate protein powder and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container, stir in some sugar free chocolate chips, cover and freeze for a couple hours. Super simple, tasty and VERY filling. This is probably 2 servings but it was so filling, it ended up as 3 for me. Ingredients • 1 cup cottage cheese • ½ cup low sugar peanut butter • 2 serving chocolate flavored protein powder (I used Dark Chocolate Keto//OS Pro cuz it has ketones and protein – Save $10 using the link in my bio) • 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips.
Low Carb High Protein Ice Cream! Tastes like peanut butter cup ice cream!
1hr · 1 serving Low Carb / High Protein Ice Cream! Grab any carton of your favorite low carb vanilla Greek yogurt (lots of brand options Too Good, Oikos, Keto Ratio, etc). Stir in 1 Tbsp of low sugar peanut or almond butter (I melt mine in the microwave for 45 seconds) Top with melted chocolate (1/4 cup of sugar free chocolate chips cooked in 45 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between) Crush about 10 almonds and place on top along with sprinkling some coarse salt. Freeze for 1 hour I couldn’t eat all of this! Too filling for me so it’s great to leave in the freezer and pop out when I just want something sweet.
