OOPSIES - like bread-but NO carbs! 3 eggs; 3.5 oz cream cheese; pinch of salt; ½ tsp baking powder...Separate the eggs=whites in 1 bowl & yolks in other. Whip whites w/salt til very stiff & able to turn bowl over with no moving. Mix yolks, baking powder & cream cheese well. Can add psyllium seed husk-makes Oopsie more bread-like. Gently fold whites into yolk mix keeping air in whites. Put 6-8 oopsies on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300° F for 25 min til golden.
