Greta Garbo's Pendant in "Queen Christina"

Greta Garbo wore a fabulous pendant in the movie "Queen Christina". This board is about the re-creation of that quatrefoil pendant, commissioned by Larry McQueen, owner of this gorgeous 65 lb gown from the film. The project began with researching historical images of jewelry from the 16th century, studying clips from film and continued until completion of the pendant. We wanted to match the beads in the gown worn by Greta Garbo. We darkened the quatrefoil pendant to match the images from the film.
