The historic, walled city is located in the heel of Italy’s boot in the Puglia region. Dripping with the classic Italian charm of tangled stone paved streets barely wide enough for cars to pass through, wood-shuttered windows fronted by ornate iron balconies and a plethora of plazas, churches and cafes, we anticipate this being a rejuvenating stop on our journey.
