Here are a few Fun Facts about pi and Pi Day that would be fun to share with students on this great Math holiday:  1: It took 1,000 years to prove pi irrational.  2: The first people to refer to the ratio between the diameter and circumference of a circle were the Ancient Egyptians.

This pi mobile would be a great introduction to pi, the concept of irrational numbers or as part of a study of Albert Einstein, who was born on Pi Day! Students can color all parts of the mobile while learning facts about pi.
