But widespread use of disinfectants and heavy-duty cleaners has also ushered in new research on “quats” — which stands for quaternary ammonium compounds. Found in some household cleaners, scientists have found quats to be potentially toxic to a type of brain cell. The research on quats doesn’t mean we should stop disinfecting our homes, experts say. But you should still always double check that you have what you think you have before you go eating people’s landscaping lol. The shoulder is a joint that has a lot of motion in a lot of different directions and any instability can cause pain and injury. It’s important to keep the small muscles that stabilize the joint strong.

This is one of my favorite exercises for working on shoulder stability. It looks simple but it’s actually a lot harder than it looks!

2) The key to decreasing knee pain and preventing knee injuries is building hip strength, building quad strength, and working on single leg stability.

Try this exercise to work on hip strengthening and stability!

Chop up:
5 full lemons (wash well) 
1 three inch piece of ginger (wash well)

Blend well with:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut water

Pour into molds/ice cube trays and freeze.

Brew some mint tea with boiling water. Place one heart in your cup and enjoy. ❤️

Notes: you want to blend these really really well, otherwise you’ll have little chunks floating around in your tea. A food processor would be great or tea cups with built in strainers for loose tea work awesome! (You can just pop the heart in the strainer part).

The frozen heart does cool down your tea a bit, you can warm it up after. :) You can also add additional honey if you like it sweeter.
