Is this too cold looking

Of all the faux sponging techniques listed in the brochures at your local paint dealer, this is the one I most enjoy. It gives texture to a wall and is redolent of Venetian plaster, farmhouse stone or 20s bathroom wallpaper. And, I give it my own special twist…… a metallic finish.The base is Benjamin Moore Spanish White OC-35, using a matte finish and rubbing the glaze into it.
