Karlı (Karlu) Köyü (Hafik/Sivas/Turkey). Köylülerin inancına göre köy halkı Oğuzların Karluk boyuna mensup ve köyün kuruluş tarihi 1200’lerdir. Köy meydanındaki çeşmedeki taştaki damga da köylüleri doğrulamaktadır. Çünkü bu damga Moğolistan’dan Balkanlar’a kadar Türk kültür coğrafyasında en çok görülen damgalardan biridir.
