Roasted Chicken Legs with Potatoes and Kale Recipe
Roasted Chicken Legs, Potatoes and Kale. I just use thighs, since we buy em that way. Notes: make sure to blot the kale well after washing, use approx 1lb potatoes. Brush chick with oil for crisp skin. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 25. Perfect. The kale is crispy up top and cooked with the onion and potatoes and chicken juices underneath. SO EASY.
