Recipes with BEEF LIVER

Lilly’s Liver Brownies (Grain Free) 1 lb raw beef liver, 1 egg, 1 c flaxseed meal, ½ c garbanzo bean flour, ½ c coconut flour, ½ c water, 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix liver in food processor until it looks like pink goo. Transfer to mixing bowl with egg. Add everything else and mix well. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven & while still warm, cut into ½ inch squares with a pizza cutter. Use spatula to remove from cookie sheet. Bone Appétit!
As you can see beef liver is loaded with vitamin B’s, Vitamin A, Selenium, zinc and iron which are all very critical to digestive health. I’m not going to lie the first time I thought about trying to eat liver I was grossed out. Mostly because I had heard stories of how bad it tasted.
