Start with a 10-pointed star (1) (edges run between every 3rd point). Make a notch in each edge (2); use that to form typical elongated hexagon figures through the centre (3). The figure also contains two five-pointed stars (4); but when fully drawn it falls into 5 distinct double-arrowhead figures.
