Jamface tea towel designed by @sweetpetite77 but no longer available - sorry 😢. 2 tsp (7g) yeast 2 Tbs honey 2/3 cup tepid milk 3 cups plain bread flour (normal plain flour works but texture won’t be as chewy) 1 cup wholemeal flour 1 tsp salt 2/3 - 1 cup tepid water 1 egg, whisked 1/3 cup sesame or poppy seeds or sea salt Mash yeast & honey together. Add milk and stir to dissolve. Cover & rest for 20 mins or until surface is foamy. Combine the flours, salt, yeast honey milk mix & only 2/3 of the water. Knead

✨Dark Chocolate Date Nut Bars

My FAVORITE thing to eat this Ramadan, so so good! Filled with dates, nuts, chia seeds, like cmon it’s delicious! 

Ingredients:
•10 dates
•1/4 Cup of Water 
•1 cup of mixed nuts (I used almonds, cashews, & pistachios) 
•1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
•2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
•1/2 Teaspoon of Salt (I’m using @maldonsalt ) 
•1 Tablespoon of Honey 
•2 oz of dark chocolate
•1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
•2 Tablespoon of of Peanut Butter 

Instruction:
1. Microwave and pit your dates in 1/4 cup of water for about 45 seconds. Drain excess water. 
2. In a food processor, add the dates, nuts, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt and combine till chunky. 
3. Spread onto a loaf pan.

I like to pair it with my orzo salad but you can use it just like pesto. 🤌 RECIPE (2-3 servings, 10min prep time): -3 big handful greens, I used rocket -40g cashews or other nuts -juice of 1/2 lemon -salt and pepper to taste -2 Tbsp olive oil Blend until smooth. Keep in the fridge up to 4 days.
