Here’s one definition of eclectic: Near the corner of West Morehead Street and Freedom Drive, a single building houses a burger restaurant, a burrito counter, a Buddhist center, a craft-beer-and-sandwich market and a fencing school.
Charlotte is just killing me with all the great restaurants and things to do. One thing was certain while I breezed through town, though: I had to visit this 55 year-old place on Independence Boulevard.
