"Saginae species are amongst the largest insects of Eurasia. Their populations are attracted to xerotherm habitats that they found on rocky steppes of middle mountains. They live in isolated sparse populations being of low density specially in image stage. Being flightless, Saga species are less able to move from one habitat to another.
