Coaching is something that is not just left for managers to do. Everyone should develop their coaching AND feedback skills. Most of the content I read around coaching is focused for managers. In my opinion everyone is a coach because the output and results are immense. Don’t just save it for managers, everyone should be developed in coaching and feedback skills.
