A ‘çevre’ (square kerchief; a decorative accessory, for the interior, but also used in costumes by both men and women).  From Trakya/Thrace, ca. 1950.  ‘Two-sided’ embroidery with polychrome silk and metallic (silver) threads on cotton (identical on both sides).  Floral motifs in Bulgarian style.
