Use the wall💡.I understand everyone experiences low back pain and sciatica differently, and laying like this with your feet up on a wall isn’t always possible. But know that I have had severe sciatic pain after a 5mm low lumbar disc herniation a few years back, and doing this stretch made a HUGE difference. . There are different variations to this stretch. The reason I like this one is bc you can completely relax the back while performing the movement🙌 .
