Popcorn Cauliflower. I did not use hot sauce and I did not put salt into the breading I used like half of the salt and put it into the batter and the batter was WAY too thick so I like. kept adding more buttermilk until it felt more runny. then I added to the batter: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne and the breading was really tasty I liked that I didn't need to fry it in a shitton of oil
