I make some of my favorite recipes from Season 3 of Pati's Mexican Table in these video clips.

Pati Jinich
This Peanut Butter and Jelly Grape Galette is super easy to make, yet it feels so special. The Divine Flavor Jellyberries grapes in the filling remind you of grape jelly and then you get a whipped peanut butter topping. You will love it, the kids will love it, and it comes together in a snap. Just watch...

This Sonoran style Dirty Rice with Clams is like a Mexican paella of sorts. The clams and the @mahatmariceusa white rice are cooked in an incredibly flavorful tomato and colorado chile broth, along with onion, leeks, bell pepper and carrots. It's really a whole meal in a bowl.

Salsa de Guacamole

Getting a ton of comments on my Salsa de Guacamole so we made a quick video from my kitchen on it. Eating it here on a corn tostada with a layer of refried beans topped with crunchy lettuce, radishes, and salty queso fresco.

Here's the breakfast sandwich that helps me get the boys out of bed in the morning for school... I call it Señor Breakfast Sandwich and it's like an over-the-top Mexican version of a ham, egg, and cheese. It has a creamy béchamel that I flavor with one of our favorite condiments, La Costeña chipotle chiles in adobo sauce. @mexicorico

This is the Corn Soup I have been making a lot lately. It's packed with crunchy sweet corn (no skimping here), the broth takes on the flavor of the epazote, and there's a little kick from the serrano chile. It's served garnished with big cubes of tangy, salty Queso Fresco to give you a nice firm cheesy bite. It's so simple, I wanted you to see so here goes my how-to video for the recipe...

With the Fourth coming up, thought I'd share a few of what I like to call my "Mex-Americana" dishes. Starting with my take on Southern Fried Chicken that I'm making here... I add two of my favorite Mexican chiles to the seasoning and marinate it in buttermilk and sauce from La Costeña chipotles in adobo to spice it up. Then serve it with crazy good habanero honey.

Another idea for MEMORIAL DAY. If you're already firing up the grill, why not use it to make a yummy potato salad as well? Here my sister, Alisa, and I are grilling up the most insanely delicious Potato and Radicchio Salad. The potato turns smoky and sweet on the grill and the radicchio nicely bitter and charred. It's all mixed up with a light, tangy vinaigrette that has shallots, fresh tarragon, and spicy dijon mustard.

One of the things I like most about being a mom is cooking and eating with my boys, and Juju is usually the most eager to jump into the kitchen when it comes to desserts. This Chocolate Crepe Tower we're making was totally his idea, and I'm glad we went for it because it is now one of my favorite chocolate cakes... maybe ever. It has layers of crepes with chocolate pastry cream spread in between and is topped with chocolate ganache that drips down the sides. So incredibly good, and so worth…
