Justice For Rudy! On Dec 1st, a call came into the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division asking them to remove a deceased horse from a farm. Officers were sent to the field to investigate the call & what they found shocked them. A horse was lying in the mud with his ears chewed off, his face mangled & his body filled with multiple wounds & injuries. The biggest shock came when the authorities found out that the animal was still alive. .
