I love these DIY Baked Tortilla chips because theyre easy to make and theyll taste so much better than store bought.  You can add your own flavour: chilli flake, crushed garlic, chives or lemon salt? These chips are your oyster so to speak.  Serve them up with a salsa or a guocomole or a cream based dip instead. You could also serve these with the hummus dip I posted earlier!

DIY: Fresh Baked Tortilla Chips (I do this all the time! I prefer it over store bought chips. I sprinkle a little chili powder on them after baking)
