PACKAGING

All orders are packaged in and despatched in ‘do not bend' envelopes to prevent damage in the post.

TURNAROUND

Please allow the listed time frame for your order to be handmade to your specification. Then allow an additional 1-5 working days for UK 2nd class postage.

If you require your order urgently then please get in touch and we'll try our best to fast track your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone ordering from outside the UK, please only order an 'Emailable', '8x10 Print Only' or the 'A4 Print Only' option as I will not ship frames or A3 Prints outside of the UK due to expense and possible damage. If a frame or A3 print is ordered, a refund for the frame will be given and a print created and posted. Thank you.

Emailables, 8x10 prints and A4 prints are the only options available for NONE-UK customers.

FRAMES and A3 Prints will not be shipped outside the UK.

If your order a frame, a print will be shipped and a refund for the difference processed.

If you order a frame to get free delivery from the US then a print will be shipped and refund for the difference will be processed less postage of £4.20.

Free delivery to the US only applies on orders of $35 USD and above for Emailables, 8x10 prints and A4 prints.
