• 3 oz Pork, fat

Produce

• 2 Chinese eggplants

• 1 head Garlic

• 5 Long green pepper

• 2 Melons, bitter

• 2 Onions

• 5 Thumbs ginger

• 1 Fish sauce

Baking & Spices

• 2 tsp Peppercorn, whole

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 1/4 cup White vinegar

Liquids

• 2 cups Water

Other

• 3 1/2 lb S. milkfish (cleaned and sliced crosswise into serving pieces)
