Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta al Forno. Ive made this a few times. It needs more sauce. Either do 1/2 lb pasta and one can of tomato or the full pound and two cans of tomato. Also, can add some heavy cream and butter to make it creamy or some sour cream. I add some diced chicken and I use 2 cups of cheese for 1 lb of pasta. Easy dinner.

Another pinner said: Tomato Mozzarella Pasta Bake YUM! I added a small can of diced tomatoes and some red pepper flakes. I also used shredded mozzarella, but will try cubing it too. Added a little goat cheese to the first layer as well.
