All CaseConcepts wood comes from reclaimed barns, mills and farm houses around southern Michigan and northern Ohio and Indiana. Most of the structures wood we use dates back to the 1800’s. All the wood is cleaned, sanded and sealed but we leave the wonderful look of the wood by keeping the rough sawn marks, nail holes, nails and other imperfections that give this wood its great character and makes every piece we make one of a kind.
