Today I did a chocolate strawberry shake!! It’s super simple to make and the smoothie tastes AMAZING!!!
    This is a great option for people who are always on the go, busy, or don’t have time to plan accordingly and want to be able to provide themselves with an nutritional option that will give them some nutritional value! Having a shake on hand ready to make is ALWAYS a better choice than most choices you would make!!
      👉🏾 Shake ingredients:
      • 8oz water
      • 2 scoops of chocolate formula 1
      • 2 scoops of chocolate protein drink mix in
      • 1 scoop of strawberry shortcake rebuild strength
      • 1 scoop of Prolessa duo
      • 1 handful of frozen strawberries 🍓
      The tea 🍵 is my favorite to make, and there are so many ways to make it. It has energy, mental focus, and metabolism benefits! It’s a great LASTING energy drink without any sugars, high calories, or crash!!
        👉🏾 Tea ingredients:
        • 12-14oz of water
        • 1 teaspoon of Herbal tea concentrate
        • 1/2 teaspoon of NRG tea
        • 1 scoop of beverage mix in
        • 1 packet of liftoff
