Especially if you have high levels of pain or genuinely just love the pool- these movements can be really helpful at beginning to get your body used to moving again with less pain ☝🏽
It is important to note that we do live on land so it’s important to progress to land based exercise once the movements in the pool start to feel easy ✅
If you want to get better at land activities such as stairs, walking, etc- practicing different movements on land is imperative 🙌🏼
