Feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Worried? Sad? Overthinking? All over the place? Like nothing is going right?
It's ok. Take a minute and pause whatever you're doing.
Close your eyes and take a breath in on the count of 4...and slowly release it by counting to 8.
Repeat this a few times until you feel better. 🙂😉
