Serving Size: 8 servings
Strawberry & Meyer Lemon Sorbet
    Ingredients:
      • 1/2 cup water
      • 3/4 cup sugar
      • 8 cups strawberries, chopped
      • Zest and juice of large Meyer lemon
      • Pinch sea salt
      Instructions:
        • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
        • Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
        • When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
        Coconut Sorbet
          Ingredients:
            1 cup agave
              1 cup coconut meat or shredded coconut
                3 (14 ounces) cans coconut milk
                  Juice of 1 lime
                    Pinch sea salt
                      Steps:
                        1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
                          2. Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
                            3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
                              Mango Sorbet
                                Ingredients:
                                  8 cups ripe mango, cubed
                                    1 cup water
                                      3/4 cup sugar
                                        Zest and juice of lime
                                          Pinch of salt
                                            Steps:
                                              1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
                                                2. Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
                                                  3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
                                                    Blackberry Rose Sorbet
                                                      Ingredients:
                                                        1/2 cup water
                                                          3/4 cup sugar
                                                            1/4 cup rose syrup
                                                              8 cups blackberries
                                                                Zest and juice of 1 Meyer lemon
                                                                  Pinch of salt
                                                                    Steps:
                                                                      1. Combine water, sugar and rose syrup in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
                                                                        2. Strain the rose petals out of mixture and let cool to room temperature.
                                                                          3. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
                                                                            4. Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
                                                                              5. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
