2 scoops Reduced fat raspberry ice cream or frozen yogurt
2 Small meringues, crushed
1tbsp Light aerosol cream
8 Fresh raspberries
2tbsp Fresh raspberry coulis
10g Chocolate shards
10g 2 ice cream biscuits (optional)
You will also need: 1 tall sundae glass or tumbler and long spoons
