Super Easy: 2 cans Bush's, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1 small onion, (I also put worst sauce to taste and liquid smoke) - mix all of these ingredients in baking dish - add bacon, I used the precooked and put it in the micro (I hate it when my hair smells like bacon, even for a bbq!) - cook 350 uncovered for about an hour
Pork Shoulder Butt or Pork Shoulder Picnic (what I used) Liquid Smoke (hickory) 1 can Dr. Pepper or Root Beer Your Choice of BBQ sauce Sliced Onions and Minced Garlic Cloves Salt and Pepper. Garlic Powder or Pork Rub. Put me on top of garlic and onion. Dust meat with garlic powder. Add a few drops of liquid smoke. Pour in pop. Spread on barbecue sauce. Cover and cook for 9 to 10 hours. Drain, pull apart, add barbecue sauce. Optional add 2 tablespoons of mustard and Apple cider vinegar.
