At the Sa'adian tombs
This site dates from the time of Sultan Ahmad I al-Mansur (1578-1603), but it was only unearthed in the early 20th century. The mausoleum houses 66 tombs for members of the Sa'adi dynasty. Because of the artistry of its decoration, the mausoleum has become a major attraction in Marrakesh.
