I used my favorite collagen from @marigoldfoodstx , it tastes great and they have multiple flavors. Pancake Bowl 1/4 c pancake mix 1 scoop horchata collagen @marigoldfoodstx 3 tbsp almond milk 2 tbsp chocolate chips Mix all ingredients until smooth and combined. Microwave for about one minute, if it’s still too wet microwave in 10 second increments until done. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and more chocolate chips.
