Back with more FUPA videos 🔥 This has been a highly trending topic so I wanted to share some moves to help with this general overall area. As always, you cannot target just your FUPA or any other body part like this. Some FUPAs won’t go away no matter what because it can be purely genetic. So yes, the FUPA is normal, people! However I get many requests especially lately asking what can be done to get rid of this. 🤦🏽‍♀️ To get rid of any fat, you must create a calorie deficit and decrease your overall body fat percentage through diet and exercise. Diet truly does play a huge role here! However here are some fun moves to try for your lower abdominal region. Complete each move for 12 reps followed by three sets each.
