Papad Pauva 🥣 Papad - crispy savory wafery large chip? (How do you describe Papad or Papadum in English?) and Pauva is the flattened rice. The recipe is super simple. You roast some papad, warm and lightly roast some pauva and add oil, salt, sugar(if you want) and marachu(chili powder, if you like). 🥣 Growing up in a Gujarati home, this is a snack that we had for school snack and all the pravaas (traveling and field trips).
