Wrought entirely of bronze with deep patina, the faceted socket tapering continuously toward the droplet-form head, which is pierced with ALLAH and remains of extensive chiseled inscriptions, surrounded by a guard terminating in a pair of dragon?s heads.With trident finial representing the Shi?ite trinity of Allah, Muhammad and ?Ali. Latter 16th century .Considerable wear. Overall length 46.2 cm. Condition II
