Vivian Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind. You can say what you want about Scarlett. Yes, she was a bitch, a manipulator, a liar, and a vain, selfish woman, but she singlehandedly got her family through Reconstruction, surviving sickness, starvation, and a total upheaval of her way of life after the civil war by any means necessary. She is undeniably a tough bitch, and one of my faves.
